Saving Endangered Species Youth Art Contest

  The Saving Endangered Species Youth Art Contest is a special initiative aimed at engaging young artists in the conservation of endangered species. This contest provides an opportunity for youth to express their creativity while raising awareness about the critical need to protect endangered species and their habitats. Greater Atlantic Region's Marine Endangered Species Art Contest

  The Greater Atlantic Region's Marine Endangered Species Art Contest is an opportunity for students to showcase their talent and raise awareness about endangered marine species in the Atlantic region. This contest aims to promote conservation and highlight the importance of protecting these vulnerable species. Participants are encouraged to create artwork that depicts endangered marine species found in the Greater Atlantic Region, which includes the coastal waters from Maine to North Carolina. How to prepare for Scholastic art and writing

  Let's take a look at how to prepare for the Scholastic Art and Writing Competition. Here is the link to the entry information page. Please make sure to check the eligibility, deadline, and categories. https://www.artandwriting.org/awards/how-to-enter/ The competition is open to students in grades 7-12 (age 13 and up), and they can apply in 28 categories of art and writing. The deadline varies by region. For Arizona, which is in the South region, the deadline is Tuesday, December 5 at 11:59 pm Eastern Time. Submissions are done online. First, create an account on the website, then upload your artwork and pay the entry fee online. The entry fee is $10 per category. There are 17 art categories, and you can submit multiple entries. Scholastic art and writing

  Scholastic Art and Writing is a prestigious national program in the United States that recognizes and celebrates the creative achievements of young artists and writers. It was founded in 1923 by Maurice R. Robinson, an editor for Scholastic magazine. The program is open to students in grades 7-12 and provides opportunities for them to showcase their artistic and literary talents. The Scholastic Art and Writing Awards are presented annually and offer students the chance to receive recognition, scholarships, and exhibition opportunities. The program accepts submissions in various categories, including painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, ceramics, film and animation, poetry, short stories, journalism, and more. The submissions are reviewed by a panel of professionals, including artists, writers, educators, and industry experts, who evaluate the work based on originality, technical skill, and the emergence of a personal voice or vision.
